I just opened an e-mail from a friend
asking me to keep a candle burning
and pray for God to cure
cancer

Shouldn’t God be:
stronger than cancer
bullets
poverty
greed and
stronger than bombs
and other things that
explode into lives
lost in senseless war?

I will send the e-mail along
just in case S/He isn’t
